Gamepad Manufacturer Customer Support
Official customer support contacts for the major game controller and gamepad makers, in one place. Support pages, phone numbers and emails, so you can reach the right people when a controller is drifting, dead, or won't connect. Not sure what's wrong yet? Run a quick free controller test first and note exactly what fails.
Please read: every maker below links to its official support page, so you always land somewhere real. Contacts change, so confirm phone numbers and emails there before you rely on them. We list a phone number or email only where the manufacturer publishes it on its own site, and many now handle support through a web form or chat rather than a phone line. Before you contact them
Support teams almost always ask the same three things: your controller model, the platform you're using it on, and exactly what's failing. So pin the fault down first. Open the free controller test, press every button and work both sticks, and note what's wrong: a dead button, a stuck trigger, stick drift, weak rumble, or no connection at all. The one-click health report gives you something concrete to paste into a support ticket, which saves a lot of back-and-forth.
A note on independence: Gamepad Tester is made by Edhir Games and is not affiliated with any manufacturer listed here. All names and trademarks belong to their owners. We link these contacts purely to help you reach the right place quickly.
