Here's the deal, plainly. This tester is free, and ads are what keep it that way. They're served by Google, and like all Google ads they use cookies — which I know some people would rather avoid entirely.
So: pay once, and they're gone. One line I won't cross either way — your controller data is never part of it. Button presses and stick readings stay on your machine, ads or no ads.

Ads go away
Immediately, on that device.
New device, or cleared your browser?
Click Stop seeing ads, enter the same email, verify the code — and you're back. No account, no password to forget.
Honest small print
- Your email is used only to verify and restore your pass. No newsletters, no marketing, never sold.
- The pass is remembered per device. That's why the email restore exists — use it as often as you need.
- Removing ads doesn't unlock extra features. Every tool stays free for everyone. You're paying for quiet, not for access.
